Mr. Schneider and Mr. Goetz reside in both cities (6 months in each).  They are with the Mariemont Preservation Foundation, Mariemont, Ohio. Mr. Schneider and Mr. Goetz will discuss John Nolen's planned communities of Mariemont, Ohio and Venice, Florida via videotape.
